Barn Owl Cottage is a modernised 3 bedroom detached single-storey barn conversion. It sleeps up to 5 people and a cot can be provided if needed for young children

Follow the A30 and take the B3275 exit at Fraddon.

At the T Junction turn left towards the B3275 and Ladock.

At the roundabout on the B3275 and the A3058 take the second exit following the B3275 towards Ladock.

Stay on theB3275.

At the next T junction, turn right sign posted Truro (A390) St Austell and proceed for approximately half a mile.

At the T Junction with the A390 turn left and follow the road which is sign posted St. Austell.

Approximately 1.4 miles along you turn right down the A3078 sign posted St. Mawes.

Follow the A3078 over the bridge and straight on towards St. Mawes.

Go Past the Texaco garage on the left and past the Veryan junction and continue straight to St Mawes.

200 yards after the Veryan Junction turn left down the farm track sign posted Trelagossick Farm.

Continue to the bottom of the lane and bear right and knock on the last door on your left.
