Description
Please note that cobblestones is only available from November to mid March as it is already booked for the rest of each year. If you are planning a winter season break, read on, if not, we hope you enjoy your stay wherever you choose to book in this wonderful county.
Situated in the older traditional part of Mevagissey, but outside the hustle and bustle of the village centre, this ‘upside down’ traditional Cornish cottage sleeps up to five persons plus one infant in a travel cot (available on request). The village centre and quay, approximately 2 minutes away, are reached via a meandering walk through picture postcard winding streets and cobbled alleyways. It should be noted that the walk is quite steep in places. However, Cobblestones benefits from being reachable by road, so unloading does not mean having to trail up and down the steep streets with heavy baggage and although there is no specific reserved parking with the cottage, parking space can usually be found either directly outside the cottage or within the local area nearby.
The accommodation is over three floors with the lounge occupying the top floor to take advantage of the views over the rooftops. On the middle floor there are three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one small single and the kitchen and bathroom are located on the ground floor. There is no garden or outside space to the cottage.
