THE ACCOMMODATION (SLEEPS 6)
The cottage is arranged on three levels. On the lower level, the spacious master bedroom has a beamed ceiling and a king sized double bed. A small lobby leads from the bedroom to a separate shower room and toilet.
The pleasant living room enjoys the sun throughout the day and double doors lead to the patio and garden with patio furniture and barbeque. There is a flat screen T.V. with Sky including sport. There is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and fridge/freezer. The kitchen has beautiful views across the Penpol Valley to the ancient church of St. Veep. From the kitchen six stairs lead to the other two bedrooms both with sloping ceilings, one with a double bed, the other has twin beds. There is an adjoining bathroom with bath and electric shower. There is a utility room with washing machine and drier that is shared with the owner’s property.
Bed linen and tea towels are provided. A cot and high chair are available if required. The cost of electricity and central heating is included.
There is ample parking space for cars and boats. The nearest slipway is Penmarlen Quay just along the road.
