Attached to Tanglewood House Bed and Breakfast you will find Tanglewood Cottage which is located close to the heart of the historic working fishing village of Mevagissey which is just a 200 metre walk to the Harbour.

The cottage is south facing overlooking the garden and is completely self contained.

This compact cottage accommodates a maximum of four people and comprises of lounge with multi channel TV and fully equipped kitchen.

Tanglewood Cottage has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The bathroom with has a bath with shower over and w.c. plus a seperate second w.c. and there is private off-road parking.

A well stocked beautiful large garden is shared with Tanglewood House Bed and Breakfast. We do not allow pets and we are stricly no smoking.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

Mevagissey is a great place to stroll around eating fish and chips on the harbour as well as many other exciting things to do.


The annual Mevagissey Feast Week takes place in June when a wide variety of musical attractions and fun activities are held.

At the end of the week a carnival takes place and the festival's finale takes the form of a fantastic fireworks display.

The World of Model Railways is a popular tourist attraction and its continued appeal in a world increasingly preferring digital and online entertainment is testament to the excellent work that goes into the displays. A main feature is the children's favourite, Thomas the Tank Engine a must see for the kids and there are lots of exhibits to appeal to big kids too!

Visist the Mevagissey pet-friendly beach in the harbour, walk the streets lined with shops, cafes and restaurants, infact walking in Mevagissey is as good as anywhere in Cornwall!
