'Seaways' combines the individuality of a boutique hotel with the freedom and privacy of a secluded luxury holiday home. Located in a staggeringly beautiful location on a cliff face overlooking Polperro, it has stunning sea views and beautiful landscaped grounds.

'Seaways' isn’t just a beautiful base for your holiday - it has so many extras such as the heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Gym, Bang & Olufsen Home Cinema, and kitchen equipped for the most demanding chef. It sleeps 12+ people with 3 double bedrooms (Master en-suite) on the first floor and a unique layout on the top floor aimed at children but can cater for adults also. Polperro is a picturesque, quaint fishing village with a very slow and relaxed pace of life. It's narrow streets bounded on either side with pretty little whitewashed cottages lead down to the harbour. A haven for fishing boats for centuries, the harbour remains unspoilt and continues as a working fishing port to this day. From the harbour you can take the South West Coastal Footpath in either direction, taking you east to Talland Bay and Looe or west to the beautiful and scenic Fowey Estuary. Polperro is blessed with a large number of Pubs, Restaurants and cafes, serving varied menus to suit all tastes and pockets. There is live music to be found in the pubs most weekends throughout the year.
