The Apartment is fully self contained within the owners Victorian House.
All rooms lead off the large landing/hallway. Nightstore heater on landing.
Double Bedroom has bedside tables/lamps and washbasin. 2 wardrobes, dressing table, chairs, and nightstore heater.
The smaller Twin bedded room bedside table/lamp and washbasin.
Large Lounge has 2 leather sofas and dining area with table and 4 chairs, a bookcase and 2 tables, there is also a nightstore heater. These three rooms overlooks the front garden.
The large bathroom has bath and over shower, wc, washbasin, airing cupboard, two chairs and a chest of drawers and electric towel rail.
A separate wc is on landing.
Kitchen is fully equipped with various cooking utensils, saucepans, crockery and cutlery etc. Table and 4 chairs. Has one Cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board.
Bed linen is included in price - The Apartment is thoroughly cleaned and the beds are made up prior to arrival. For fortnight bookings, clean linen is provided at the start of the second week.
All are welcomed to share the large 100 foot garden with its seating and picnic tables/umbrellas. There is also a washing line.
Night-Store Heating from October - March each year.

The town of Hayle is just over a mile away and as well as it's local shops, now has Marks and Spencer, Next and Boots. The area is known as St. Ives Bay. Hayle beach is across the bay from St. Ives and has an unique unbroken 3 mile stretch of golden sand backed for most of its length by sand dunes, families can have endless days of fun surfing and swimming. It is also a wonderful area for birdwatchers as Hayle Estuary provides an all-year round bird-watching venue with it's own RSBP site.
