Ivy Cottage is more than 200 years old and has very recently been renovated. It is a granite detached cottage with a porch with potted plants, outside, a little lawn and flower beds. Downstairs, an open plan with a spacious, light, very well equipped modern kitchen and dining table, the kitchen is kept nice and cosy by an oil fired Rayburn cooker, but there is also an electric cooker, a living room with settee and armchairs, a large granite fireplace with a multi fuel stove.Upstairs a main bedroom, a smaller bedroom with 2 comfortable adult-size bunk beds, a bathroom with bath and shower. From the bedroom windows, a wide view of passing ships and the flashing of the Wolf Rock lighthouse. Ivy Cottage a plus de 200 ans et vient d'être rénové. Il est en granit avec devant une petite véranda avec plantes, à l'extérieur une pelouse et des fleurs. Au rez de chaussée c'est un espace avec grande cuisine claire, bien équipée, cuisinière électrique et cuisinière à feu continu qui rend le cottage bien douillet ,de l'autre côté, le living avec canapé et fauteuils, une grande cheminée de granit avec poêle à bois ou charbon. A l'étage, une chambre principale, une plus petite chambre avec 2 grands lits superposés confortables, une salle de bains avec baignoire et douche. Des fenêtres on peut voir les navires qui croisentau large et le phare du du Wolf Rock.

Quand vous atteignez Penzance , en suivant la nationale A 30, restez sur cette nationale en direction de Lands End. Le village de Sennen est juste avant Lands End, dépassez l'église, vous aurez la vielle auberge First and Last à gauche, Une dizaine de mètres apres, tournez à droite dans une allée ancienne, et la maison Ivy Cottage est la première maison à droite dans cette allée.
