The Cottage is set up a narrow country lane.
(Please expect a few bumps - we do endeavour to keep filling in the pot holes)

We are very sorry, but we do not accept large same sex groups.
No Pets
No Smoking inside the property.


The property has Gas & Electric Key Meters.
We will however, provide £20 worth of Gas & Electricity for your stay.

Change over days normally Saturday to Saturday, however we will consider different days if able.
Short breaks are normally October to March, but last minute short breaks will be considered if there is availability outside of this time period.
Arrival time: 3.30p.m. onwards.
Vacate premises by 10 a.m. on departure date.

Camborne is an ideal location to be able to visit all the Cornwall has to offer.

Close to all the mining heritage in Cornwall, the famous King Edward mine is only a stone throw away.

The route 3 cycle path runs through the owners property, so bring your bikes, cycle around Cornwall and lock your bikes away at night in a lock up room provided.

Also close to the Great Flat Lode, so fantastic location for the keen walker.
